I am one of only 2 Lead Auditors registered with IRCA and Exemplar Global for ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 in New Zealand. As well, I am a contractor auditor and tutor for various certification bodies for the ISO9001, 14001, 45001 and other standards. I also undertake corporate social reasonability (CSR) audits.

Over the years I have enjoyed speaking at conferences in Africa, South America and the Pacific.

My articles have been published in National Safety, Safety Management, Risk Management, Mines & Quarries, Quality World (CQI/ IRCA), SHEQ Management. Safeguard, and other magazines. I publish articles on my LinkedIn profile each fortnight and am the author of 4 books.

With a background in law and stakeholder engagement, Camilla leads New Zealand’s participation in international standardisation forums, including ISO and IEC. She works closely with technical experts, government agencies, and industry leaders to ensure New Zealand’s voice is heard in the development of global standards. Passionate about inclusive and strategic engagement, Camilla is a strong advocate for growing New Zealand’s mirror committee network and empowering more people to contribute to shaping standards that impact our everyday lives.

Tony Stephenson

Tony is a highly experienced educator and practitioner in a very wide range of small to large industries worldwide, including Engineering, Food, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Packaging, Consumer and Industrial Electronics, Horticulture, Viticulture and Primary Production. He has worked with Regulatory bodies in Aviation and Food as well as Accident Investigation He is a Business Mentor and adviser in Business Management Tools which include Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environment and Business Excellence. He has worked extensively in Australasia and Southeast Asia including Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Korea as well as Europe and the USA. As the Founding President of the New Zealand Organisation for Quality he became involved in working with many Standard Bodies including ISO. He is a Board Member of NZBEF, and the NZ Safety Council Tony developed the first internationally accredited auditor training in the southern hemisphere in 1985.

Nicky is an experienced Quality and Health & Safety Manager with a strong focus on continuous improvement. She is an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor, with over 20 years’ experience in quality and health and safety management across a variety of industries, including Hospitality, Healthcare and Aviation. Nicky leads on all Health & Disabilities courses and Lead Auditor courses.

With a passion for helping businesses do what they do better and a desire for excellence, Nicky’s experience supports businesses to effectively navigate regulatory requirements, quality improvement opportunities, development of frameworks and achieve audit objectives. Nicky joined the Group Board as a Director in January 2023.

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in building construction and project management, Ishtiaque transitioned into a career as a Management System Auditor 13 years ago. Since then, he has enhanced his auditing expertise through numerous audits across diverse sectors, complemented by ongoing training and auditor approvals in standards such as QHSE, Ethical Recruitment Practice, Forest Stewardship, Sustainability, and Carbon Certification for the Circular Economy and Bioeconomy.

Zico is a good listener with a strong attention to detail and a people-focused approach, qualities that make his audits both effective and impactful, supporting organisations in achieving their continual improvement goals.

Andrew Wills

With over 30 years of management system implementation and auditing (internal and external) experience in the area of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety management, Andrew brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Technical Manager for Management Systems at Telarc. After many years as a Senior Auditor, he transitioned into this leadership position, becoming the primary contact for a wide range of programmes including Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, Health and Safety, Public Safety Management Systems, Prior to his auditing career, Andrew spent 16 years implementing and managing Quality Management Systems across chemical manufacturing, electronics, engineering, and service industries. His auditing portfolio spans diverse sectors such as building infrastructure and civil engineering, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, engineering and fabrication, medical devices and printing and mail solutions, demonstrating his broad industry knowledge and commitment to excellence.
